The Father has really been speaking to me about reaching out to those who are hurting and alone.  There have been a few times where I was so alone and hurting so bad that death seemed preferable.  My family had rejected me, my closest friends had betrayed me and I had little or no help.  If it hadn't been for the love of God and a tiny drop of hope left in my heart, I doubt whether I'd be here writing these words today.  I want to tell you this because even if you find yourself all alone in a motel room considering suicide or your in a little apartment and being alone is an everyday thing, you can put your hope in God.

Numbers 23:19
19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
KJV

This is one of the scriptures that continually gives me hope when things get really bad.  It doesn't matter how many times people disappoint me or hurt me, I have a heavenly Father who can see me through it all.  People are going to fail.  People are going to disappoint me.  People are going to hurt me.  People are going to be people.  But God!  But God is not a man and He will never lie to me.  Actually, as you will read below He cannot lie!  The key is to keep your eyes on Him and off of your problem or the person who seems to be causing the problem.

Titus 1:2
2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
KJV

Another thing I like to remember when the silence is deafening is that this life on this side of eternity is temporary.  The tests and trials of this life will be over before I can even blink my eyes and I'll be with the Father!  He has faith in me, He believes in me and it is He who will see me through.

Now for you.  I can imagine that you might have a hard time believing that God feels the same about you that He does about me.  Not because I'm anything special, but because I've been where you are.  It doesn't matter how wretched you might feel, how many awful things you've done, God loved you before He made this planet.  He knew you before you were born.  He has had a plan for your life for an eternity and He's just waiting for you to call Him.  There is one condition, you have to come to Him through His son Yeshua.  It's sort of a rule, no it's actually the law of life in the Messiah Yeshua (Christ Jesus).   His son Yeshua paved the way for everyone to come to the Father.  He did it because we couldn't.  You don't have to clean up your act, you don't have to be perfect, you don't have to do anything but realize you don't measure up to God.  I can tell you I don't measure up to God without Yeshua.  God made us to to be dead to sin in Yeshua.  If we accept His life on planet earth, his death on the cross for us, and the fact that God raised him from the dead, we can be born into life eternal.  It's not reincarnation but resurrection life that is born into us. We can now be temples for the Holy Spirit and then the loneliness ends!

Can you imagine having the Holy Spirit of the living God living and breathing inside you?  He then will talk to you, and he will empower you to resist and reject sin (the things that kill, steal and destroy us).  He will take our offerings and present them to God.  He will take our kind praises and worship and present it to the Father as well.  He will direct us away from sin and death!  He will show us how to prosper.  He will lead us to quiet places where we can find peace.  We can be totally alone, but NEVER lonely again.

It's an awesome thing and it's free for the asking.  If you'd like to continue this in a dialog with me, why not email me?  I really hope to see many of you come out of the desperation you are feeling.  Please ask God to forgive you, tell Him you want to accept Yeshua as your door to Him.  Ask Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit and then tell me about it.  He's a good Father and He's a great God.

Let me pray for you now and you read this out loud:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I intercede for my sister oe any brother that may be reading this prayer.  I pray for their souls Lord to be drawn to your love, to the tiny droplet of hope that these words can paint for them.  May they receive Yeshua as the price for their lives and may they receive his life, death and resurrection from that death as a testimony and the way to You.  We thank you together for forgiveness, for if you counted our sins none could stand.  We need You Father, we need Your touch to keep us alive and to give us hope.  We honor you as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and thank you for accepting us all into the fold of your sheepfold.  We love you and praise you forever and really look forward to the day when you bring us home to be with You.

With all our hearts we pray.

Amen
